Many builders won't let you make any changes to their projects- Ambrosia is completely the opposite! Bring your design ideas, especially when a home is just starting. We charge extra for customizations but we will credit you for the standard feature costs of the home- you'll definitely save money versus doing it later. Our standard home package is gorgeous, with design cues from Houzz.com, Pottery Barn and Restoration Hardware. But it's also not uncommon for our buyers to purchase a home during construction and then to modify appliances, tile, counter tops, paint colors, carpet and even hardwood styles to suit their specific tastes.
