Ambrosia Homes is a privately owned, Chicago-based home building company that was formed in 2008 by two friends who love building homes. Some people thought we were crazy to start this company in the height of the worst housing market in a generation but we've been successful from day one. Our mission is to provide our buyers with new construction and custom rehabbed homes that offer tremendous value for the money. Our process of building includes creating new, open layouts & floor plans while updating the major components of the home (plumbing, electrical, mechanicals, windows, roofing & siding). Our interiors include everything you'd expect in new construction homes: we use the latest colors with new trim, doors, & hardwood flooring, create custom bathrooms (including master bath rooms) with jacuzzi tubs, and design beautiful new kitchens with 42" cabinets, granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Many of our homes have finished basements. Even our rehabbed homes compete with new construction home builders for look and feel- but there is no competition on price- we are always more affordable!
